SPRING STRENGTH TRAINING: Come join us for pre-season Strength Training on Wednesday/Friday mornings from 7-8am at Washburn HS – all are welcome.
- Weight Training Starts 2/14!
- Please be at the gym by 7AM, we will warm up in the Main Gym
- Enter through Door 5 (Dumpster doors)
- Please bring appropriate workout shoes
- Coach Kale, the Washburn strength coach, will lead the sessions and Coach Lydia, Nick, and Percy will be there!
- We are really excited to get started with our off season program and get to know you all. Let’s start building something special starting tomorrow!
