Spring & Summer Training!

SUMMER SOCCER SCHEDULE: Please join us for summer soccer and strength training (through Washburn Athletic Leadership Academy – WALA) to get ready for the fall season! Information can be found at THIS LINK

SPRING STRENGTH TRAINING: We will also continue our pre-season Strength Training on Wednesday/Friday mornings from 7-8am at Washburn HS – all are welcome.

  • Weight Training:
    • Please be at the gym by 7AM, we will warm up in the Main Gym
    • Enter through Door 5 (Dumpster doors)
    • Please bring appropriate workout shoes
  • Coach Kale, the Washburn strength coach, will lead the sessions and Coach Lydia, Nick, and Percy will be there.
