Summer Training!

We will have 2 parts to our pre-season training this summer.  All summer training is optional and is just an opportunity to build community amongst the players.

Part One- Summer training

Part Two- Strength and Leadership

We will be participating in the WALA summer program as an additional opportunity to improve strength and conditioning and connect with the greater Washburn athletic community this summer.  WALA runs Monday- Thursday 8-12 and begins once school has ended, with more info to come about it. The goal is to be there as much as you can, so some is better than nothing!  The program only has space for 200 athletes, so we need to sign up ASAP!!  Here is the link to sign up for WALA
